Bye Bye Crib!

Yesterday afternoon was the last time I'd sleep in my crib. When I got up Daddy took my crib apart to make room for my big girl bed.

 I found one of my old nuks and wanted to give it to my friend, Sadie.

My actual bed should be in next week. Until then I am sleeping on my big girl mattress on the floor. As soon as Mommy got my cupcake sheets on and my new blanket I had to try my bed out.

 When it was time to read bedtime stories I told Mommy I could do it by myself. I laid on my tummy and read myself a book.

 Daddy even coordinated my jammies with for my first night in my big girl bed.

I got all my friends and settled in for my first night.

Mommy and Daddy thought I looked so tiny in this huge bed.

 I had a great first night! I stayed in my bed, didn't fall out and slept great. I called for Mommy and Daddy to come and get me in the morning too.

Almost 2

Mommy said she had to take some pictures of her almost 2 year old! I was being so silly!

Braelyn

I got to play with Braelyn at Grammy and Grampy's house. Brookie was taking a nap, so I had to wait to play with her.

Mommy had the day off of work yesterday so after Nonna was done with work we all went out to Grammy and Grampy Uhlenhake's house to bring Grampy a birthday cake. Brookie and Braelyn were there too, so I got to play with them.

After we were done with cake and icecream, Bookie, Braelyn and I ran to Grammy and Grampy's barn to see the new kittens and the cows.

The Old Ladies

Monday was the annual costume parade at UGES. This year the kindgergarten teachers went as old ladies. M.J. is next to me and she's my partner in crime. Our classrooms are connected and most times you'd swear we were dorm mates the way we yell and travel back and forth to each other. Jenny is on the far right and she's my assistant this year. She is WONDERFUL! We had a lot of fun and the kids got a good laugh out of us.

Sunday I went trick-or-treating. The weather wasn't very nice when trick-or-treating started. We went to KK's house first. I went to a few houses in her neighborhood. Then we went to Grammy and Grampy Zarletti's house. Our last stop was Nonna and Papa's house. Papa make his famous "Tony's Pasta" for us for dinner. Even though the weather wasn't very nice, I had a blast!

Cupcakes

Over the weekend I helped Mommy make some Halloween cupcakes. I carefully put cupcake liners into each space of the cupcake pans.

Then I helped Mommy hold the mixer in the bowl to mix the ingredients. Then I poured in the "candy."

The cupcakes baked while I took a nap. When I got up I got to eat one!
