Toes are Tasty!

Tonight when I was getting my jammies on I realized I can suck on my toes!

It takes a lot of concentration to get my big feet into my little mouth!

Happy Mother's Day!

I was so excited to give Mommy her present that I couldn't wait until this morning. Daddy usually can't wait until the special day to give presents so he gives them early. He's taught me to do the same! First, I read Mommy her card.

Then, we opened her necklace.
Finally, Mommy gave me lots of kisses!

Swimming

I had my first swimming class today. I was the only girl and Mommy was the only mommy! There were two other boys in my class. I was the youngest and my teacher was a little afraid to have me do things. Mommy told her she wasn't afraid to have me try new things so it made my teacher feel better. I got in the water with my teacher and tried to drink the water while Mommy was getting in the water. I kicked on my back and tummy and practiced "jumping" in from the side. I was having a great time until Mommy said, "1-2-3 here we go!" and put me under the water! She didn't tell me she was going to do that and I didn't like it too much. We tried a couple more times and I still didn't like it. Mommy says I will get used to it. Mommy said going to class made her really miss teaching swimming lessons and coaching! Mommy is half considering Diver Dan's job offer!

Little Tree

Today I spent the whole day with Nonna because Ruth's daughter had her baby so she was closed for the day. When Mommy came to pick me up I had a new do! I had a little tree on top of my head. Mommy got to play with Papa's fancy dancy camera to take my picture.

Push Me Mommy!

Last weekend Mommy and Daddy bought me a swing. Daddy hung it in the doorway of the garage yesterday so I can swing! It's hanging just like the swing my Papa used to swing in. His Grandpa (my great great grandpa) tied a rope to the front of the swing so he could sit in his chair and pull on the rope to swing all of the kids. I liked swinging, but I only got to do it for a little while because it got really windy and started to rain.

My Cousin, Nadia

Aunt Kerry sent Mommy some pictures of our Minnesota get together from earlier in the month. I got to meet my cousin, Nadia, for the first time. She is 1 year and 11 days older than me. I think we could cause some trouble and have a lot of fun together! First, Uncle Scott held me so Nadia and I could get acquainted.

Then Nadia told me to pucker up!
She got me with some lovins!
