Easter Egg Fun

 We dyed our Easter eggs Wednesday night because I took off Thursday to start moving into the house. Ava had fun doing her own thing with the eggs this year. 

 Gianna watched the fun. She would have been more content to spill the dye on the table and watch the pretty puddles. :)

These are the final pictures I took before we moved all our stuff in. We have now been in the house for a week and are loving it. The girls LOVE their playroom and running and crawling around. 

Breakfast with the Easter Bunny

The week before Easter, we took the girls to have breakfast with the Easter Bunny. Ava was beyond excited to go see him!

 Ava and Chris did a little coloring while we waited for breakfast and the Bunny.

 Our friends, Nikki, Addy and Jayda, were also there with their Nana and Papa. Ava and Addy sat and enjoyed the Easter story together.

 Gianna listened to the story with Daddy.

 Gianna was so curious about the Easter Bunny. Ava was thrilled to see him.

 After Ava sat with the Bunny, she asked me if I thought he knew where our new house was. I told her I thought he'd be able to find us. She was very concerned and had to be sure he knew where to find her and Gianna. She went back to the Bunny and asked him if he knew where her new house was and reminded him that we would be there for Easter rather than at Nonna and Papa's. The Easter Bunny gave her the thumbs up and shook his head to reassure her he knew where we'd be!

 Ava was on the "big kid" side for the egg hunt this year. The eggs were high and tricky to find, but she managed to find a few.

 We couldn't leave without getting all the girls together for a picture.

Happy Birthday, Sadie!

We got to join our friends at Rec Plex for Sadie's 3rd birthday party! Gianna LOVED the pool! The zero depth was perfect for her.

 It was a fun way to play since we've had such a long winter this year!

Gianna is 11 Months Old

My baby is 11 month old already! Here are some tidbits about Gianna.

- She wears 9-12 month clothes and a size 3 diaper.

- She has two teeth in the middle on the bottom. (The doctor says she's working on 4 more, but they have yet to make their appearance.)

- Gianna stands independently and has taken a step here and there.

- She loves eating "big people" food.

- She's started transitioning to yogurt and cheese to determine if she is able to handle milk protein. If she can, she will have completely outgrown her milk protein allergy!!

- She can say: goodbye, MaMa, DaDa, Nonna, Papa, all done and go. I also think she's trying to say KK. She tries to say dog too.

- Gianna loves shaking her head no!

- Bath time is a favorite!
- She loves playing with Ava's kitchen set and the play food.

- She can be entertained for an extended amount of time if you give her a basket and things to put in and take out!

- She gets into EVERYTHING!!! (This is much different than Ava!)

It's hard to believe this spunky little one is so close to a year old already! I can't imagine our family without her.

Connected!!!

We now have internet connected in the new house and I have an office. These two things mean I can blog regularly again!! I'll do a little catching up now! :)

Home Update

These are the most recent pictures of the house that I've taken with a camera. I don't have the cord to get newer ones off my phone. We are set to begin moving in less than two weeks!! This is the master bath.

 Fireplace is almost done.

 Granite and sink installed.
