Lazy Weekend!

This weekend was pretty lazy! Chris had to work on Saturday, so Marley and I were a bit lazy in the morning! (Marley was by far the laziest!) She didn't get up from the bed for at least 3 hours! Every once and awhile she actually picked her head up to look out the window.

Sunday morning Chris and I woke up to this...HAPPY SPRING!! The snow looked beautiful on the trees, but was very heavy and wet. Hopefully now all we will see is sunshine!

Ready for Demo

These lovely boxes contain most of our new bathroom! For now though, they will happily sit under the basement stairs. Demo is set for the 4th of July weekend. I may be looking for a temporary home because I don't know if I can handle all the dust and dirt!

My new desk!!

When I got home from Marshfield Chris had my new scrapbook desk almost done! Tomorrow it will be painted and then the organization of the basment will begin! We're getting ready to move the office downstairs before the bathroom demo.

A Visit to Marshfield

After work on Friday, I headed up to Marshfield to visit Carrie, Dean, and Beckett and finally see their new house. Beckett has gotten so big and is such a good baby! He entertained us for hours! Thanks for letting me visit, McFarlanes!

New Shelves

I have grad school all weekend (BOO!!) and came home to these lovely new shelves that Chris and Brevis (Chris' friend) built in one of the basement storage rooms. We can now easily see what we have in there! Next weekend's task is to go through those bottom bins that have been packed since we moved from college! We're starting to get the basement ready for an office and more organized scrapbooking area.
