Just kidding Mom and Dad!!

Friday after work, Chris and I had to head to the hospital after I called the dr. with a concern. We thought they'd see me and we'd be on our way...WRONG!!! They hooked me up to the monitors (Chris thought they were cool and had to get them in a picture) and discovered I was having contractions every 2-3 minutes. They decided to admit me because they thought I was in early labor. Chris headed home and got everything we had packed. After a 13 hour "practice session" we were sent home yesterday morning at 6:45. The contractions weren't coming as frequently and weren't productive. I am on bedrest until at least Monday when I go back to the dr. I was thankful to be out of that horrid bed and sleep in my own!

Baby Shower

Mom and Kaitlin had a baby shower for me today. My college roommate Carrie came down and stayed the night with Chris and I. My friend Jenny from the the "pool days" also came. I haven't seen her since Chris and I got married! It was fun to see everyone and we appreciate all the wonderful gifts!!

My cousin, Jeri, made this snuggly quilt for Baby P. Thanks Jeri, we love it!

More for Baby P

We finally found a bookshelf for Baby P's room that matched the rest of the furniature. Chris put it together on Sunday and I quickly filled some space with books we've gotten.

Golf Outing

Last weekend Chris, his friend, John, and Dad participated in the Italian American golf outing. Chris came out dressed in a shirt that belonged to my Uncle Carlo. I just shook my head and told him to have fun. The guys were the worst team on the course and got a Viagra soap pump as a prize. They all seemed to have fun though!
