Sunday we had our first open house. The sky looked awful all morning. Chris commented that he knew the rain was going to hold off until noon when the open house started so nobody would come. Boy did he nail that one! At about 11:58am it started pouring! After a whole Saturday of cleaning and tidying only one person showed. Apparently it was a lady that lived around the corner that was looking for a house for her sister. I think that's code for a nosy neighbor!
