SOLD!!!!!!

May 28th was a very special day for the Zarletti-Passe family...we got an accepted offer on our house!! We are set to close on June 21st which means we need to be out of the house on June 20th. We will be staying with my parents for a couple months and will break ground on the house either late September or early October! Our builder said once we break ground it should take 4-4.5 months to build our new house. I am so thrilled, but so sad to say goodbye to our cute little house. Chris and I have put our blood, sweat and tears into making this our home. We are very excited to have a new house to make a home and make tons of family memories in. Ava is most excited about a new, big bedroom, her own bathroom and the bathroom in the living room. I'm pretty sure she thinks there's going to be a toilet right in the middle of the living room. She doesn't realize it's a powder room and she'll have to leave her view of the TV to use the bathroom! Now the fun of packing boxes and purging begins!
