WOW! Things have been a total whirlwind here. Today is my attempt to catch up. My dad has been in the hospital for 6 days. He was admitted last week with very high fevers and breathing problems. He's had every test known to man (some unknown to man) and all came back clear. His fevers finally broke on Friday and all doctors on his case seem to think he had a really bad virus, possibly a strand of flu. Several hours have been spent at his bedside and today we are hopeful that he is beginning to make very small baby steps to recovery.
